Our practice offers the ability to communicate with our office via our online Patient Portal. The Portal is completely secure and HIPAA compliant to ensure the security of your personal health information. When your patient account becomes "web enabled" you will be able to do the following via the web:
Ask non-emergent questions of our office via the portal
Update your address, phone numbers, email address, pharmacy and emergency contact information
View your lab results
Receive email appointment reminders and notifications of new information posted to the portal.
Re-schedule an appointment or request a cancellation
Request a refill of certain medications you are taking*
Request a new appointment
View your current and previous statements
Pay your bill on-line
To become web enabled, simply talk with our staff and provide us with your email address. A username and password will be created and sent to your email. Once you log in, and answer a few security questions, you can start using this great method of communication!
